Shipping + Returns
 

Due to the personal nature of some of our items, we are unable to accept returns on products such as soaps, scrubs and soaks. All sales on these items are final. Please contact us by email with any concerns you may have: nikki@stationonefarmhouse.com

 

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND SHIPPING POLICIES

We stand by our merchandise 100% and we will accept returns on any unused item within 15 days of purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you will have 15 calendar days from receipt of your order to return purchased items.

Please email nikki@stationonefarmhouse.com if you would like to return any items. We will provide you with return instructions. Please note that unless we have made a mistake, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges and will not be reimbursed.

Provided the return meets these criteria, returns are refunded in the original payment form, less shipping and handling. Returns sent via USPS that arrive with postage due will be returned to sender. Clearance items are final sale and are not returnable or exchangeable except for manufacturing defect. After 15 days, Station One Farmhouse cannot accept returns for any reason other than manufacturing defects (see note regarding artisan-made products below).

We accept returns & exchanges on all regular and sale-priced products. Please ensure that returned items are new, unused and have all tags still attached (if applicable). We will not accept returns that are without tags (if applicable), damaged, used and/or altered.

International Customers: The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your credit card refund or store credit refund. You are solely responsible for any import duties levied by your country of residence.

 

FAULTY GOODS POLICIES

All of our artisan items are handmade, one piece at a time, it is quite difficult to make identical items. Although our artisans make every effort to create only the highest quality products available, there may be natural variations that should not be perceived as flaws. These variations make handmade products charming and unique. Moreover, many of our product collections are available in limited quantities. If you want multiple products that are the same color, shape or ingredients (for instance), we recommend you order them at the same time to ensure we have sufficient quantity from similar batches. Moreover, we cannot ensure any collection or color/shape/ingredients within a collection will be available at a future date as our artisans change their product lines regularly.

If you’ve received damaged, faulty goods (where a manufacturing fault has occurred), we will exchange the faulty item for the same size & style (subject to availability). Please notify us at nikki@stationonefarmhouse.com immediately, so we can reserve in-stock items for you.
